We know that making holiday and travel arrangements or booking hotels using the Internet is a new experience for many people, often approached with an understandable amount of caution. Adverse media reports about internet fraud and having to deal with a company based in a foreign country, understandably makes some people reluctant to proceed beyond just obtaining information. The nature of our business requires an often lengthy communication process to finalize arrangements. Dealing directly with our Travel Agency a relationship of trust is established thanks to our guaranties as Travel Agency License, Corporate Insurance and professional licensed tour operator and our physical presence on the territory where we operate our tours and services. We provide not just up to date information via an established web site, but fast response and follow up to inquiries on the web as on ground we are multilingual personnel.
These terms and conditions apply to all our services and can only be modified with prior agreement from us in writing

Reservation

Following your reservation request, we will make a temporary reservation and check availability. In order to make the reservation, after we have received the credit card pre-authorization and once we got the minimum number of people to operate the tour, we will send to you confirmation for the excursion requested.
We will finally send you vouchers, providing address and contact details, telephone and fax numbers and all information. The Voucher must to be printed and carried with you on the departure tour date or show to the driver/assistant the e-Voucher with the reservation code received by email.

Payment Schedules

When you will pay?
Full payment will be done by credit card (the credit card that you registered to make the reservation) before the commencement of the tour.
Full details of each payment will be set out clearly in our final booking confirmation directly from our PayPal system.

Payment Methods

Once you have filled up the reservation form, you will be re-directed on our PayPal system, where you will be able to pay with your PayPal account (if you have any) or by credit card. We accept payments by credit card (AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB) for all bookings.

Privacy

Pursuant to art. 13 of Leg.Decr. no.196/2003, therefore, we communicate the following information: The data provided by you will be used in the performance of our booking services and to respond to requests of information. The Voucher must to be printed and carried with you on the departure tour date or just you need to show on spot the e-Voucher with the reservation code that you received.

Bank Transfer

This type of payment may be made one week prior departure in one of the following currencies: USD, EURO, GBP or AUD. This is a safe method of payment and can be done under specific written request to our head office by email writing at following address: agenzia@italytravelspecialist.it

Responsibility

All products, services, prices and taxes displayed on our website are subject to availability and change without notice by the operators and governments, and may be subject to changes. Transportation companies, restaurant owners or contractors and other principals reserve the right to alter or modify itineraries, accommodation and transportation in any way necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. Our Company shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, or injury however or whosoever caused and of whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board of vehicles used and operated by our Company or our associated transport companies and firms. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the laws of Italy, under the jurisdiction of a Italian Court.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will be effective from the date and time we receive the written notice that must be done 24hours prior the tour commencement.
Notice must be sent by email to ITALY TRAVEL SPECIALIST Srl - via Luigi Galvani 2 - 50131 - FIrenze - ITALY- or by email at info@italytravelspecialist.it including the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation charges will apply based on the total amount of the booking:
From 90 to 2 days prior to departure, no charges.
From 2 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
Charge of 100% of the tour cost also for "no show" will be applied.

Refunds

- In case of cancellation made by our Company due to any accidental problem occurred at the last minute we will be reimburse the amount paid for the tour on your credit card and 20% discount voucher will be issued to be used for a future tour.
- No refunds will be made for any natural calamity affected the tour while we are operating it.
- Refunds will be made in Euro at the current published buying rate on the credit card you provided for the reservation.
